  • When Will I Receive My eCard?
    Your eCard will be issued upon successful completion of the course at the end of class via email.
  • What Should I Wear To The Class?
    Comfortable clothing is recommended as compressions will be on the floor on-top of a padded mat.
  • Can I Reschedule My Class?
    Yes. We understand that sometimes things out of your control can occur which can stop you from attending your scheduled class time. Due to this we offer a one time free reschedule. If you wanted to re-schedule your class after the one time free reschedule, a fee of $30 will apply.
  • What If I Am Running Late For A Class?
    As the student, it is your responsibility to notify the instructor of your tardiness. If you are more then 10-15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your class as all our classes start on time. If you are running late for a class, please call to let the instructor know. It is up to the discretion of the instructor if you can still attend the course.
  • Do I Have To Register And Pay Online, Or Can I Show Up To A Class And Pay There?
    Registering at our website is required prior to a class to confirm your spot. Walk-Ins are strictly prohibited due to class size and times.
  • Do I Register For The Provider Or Renewal Course?
    There is only one option to register for as determination for provider or renewal will be decided in class.
  • If I Purchased The Hybrid Course, When Will I Receive My Course?
    All courses are sent around 8pm CST. Please send us an email if your course was not received after 1 business day.
